Very pleased with The Compass Tax Clinic. I was informed with everything needed to bring to complete my taxes. I was given a 24hr reminder of my appointment. Friendly greeting upon arrival and from tax expert. Everything was clearly explained to me. Covid protection was optimum. Very pleased and thankfull with the overall experience and service. Highly recommend the Compass tax service and will definitely be back next year.

The execution of the tax clinic from start to finish was extremely efficient. The volunteers were all practicing safety procedures as well as being pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I had let my taxes lapse and the tax consultant, Don, did not pass judgement and made me feel comfortable. He was absolutely superb - no other way to describe it. Our community is so fortunate to have the Compass and their great volunteers.

My 21 year old son really enjoyed the amount of the refund he was able to receive! The appointment started on time and the tax preparer was quickly able to generate an enormous return. This service is highly recommended for the lower income individual. Submitting online means a quicker cheque in the mail and no postage paid!
